1. DEALING WITH YOUR CASE

1.1 I will only handle cases where I can deal with them myself. I will instruct Counsel if need be but will in that event consult with you beforehand and remain involved in every step of the case.

1.2 I work from home which means I can be flexible about the way I work. I know that parents cannot always call during working hours and I am happy to speak to them in the evenings and at weekends provided that we make an appointment to do so in advance.

2. COSTS

2.1 Current hourly charging rate:
£150 plus VAT and disbursements depending upon means. I am quick and efficient and am prepared to discuss discounting fees for individuals who are genuinely unable to pay my normal charges.

2.2 Office hours: 9.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday; flexible hours: any time day or night or at weekends
by arrangement.

2.3 In dealing with your case I shall use my best endeavours to:
       2.3.1 Answer all correspondence within two working days of receipt;
       2.3.2 Keep your informed of progress;
       2.3.3 Explain the effect of procedures;
       2.3.4 Give to you any variation of any costs forecasts given before the charges are altered.
